agentZ terms
You agree to these terms on screen before your first payment. Version 2026-10-07.
- Delivered as is. agentZ builds software from the instructions you give it, using third-party AI models. The software is delivered as is, without warranties of any kind. Review and test it before you rely on it or put it in front of your customers.
- Your source code. The source code of your project is provided to you. You can download it at any time from your workspace.
- Publishing and deployment cost extra. Agent time covers building and previewing. Publishing to servers, hosting, app store submissions or deploying any app are not included and are available at additional cost.
- Human support. 3 human support requests a week are free, for guidance or questions about your project. Send them through biz59.net/contact with the email you sign in with.
- Agent time. $5 buys 60 minutes of agent working time. Time is used only while the agent is working on your project; the agent pauses when your time runs out.
- Fair use. Don't ask the agent to build anything unlawful or harmful, or to attack other systems. We may stop a project that does.
