Sub-processors and data processing agreements

Biz59 LLC, New York, USA runs b59.link, email59.com, osec.one, pilotbase.pro, ticktockdone.com, shortlist20.com, policies.biz59.net, AppBro, DBSync and the other products on this site. These providers process personal data for us. Each one works under a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) and only on our instructions.

Transfers outside the EU and UK
Most of our data is stored in the USA. Transfers rely on the mechanisms in each provider's agreement: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (with its UK and Swiss extensions) where the provider is certified, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum otherwise.
What we don't use
No advertising or third-party analytics trackers on our sites. Page counts come from our own b59.link tag, which sets no cookie and keeps only a salted daily hash instead of your IP address. Web server logs with IP addresses are deleted after 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, download, correct or delete your data, or withdraw a consent, under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and India's DPDP Act. Several products have export and delete in their account page; for anything else, or any product, write to harish@biz59.net. We answer within one month. We'll update this page before we add a new provider.
