AppBro terms

Effective October 8, 2026 · version 2026-10-08

AppBro is run by Biz59 LLC, New York, USA ("we"). By creating an app in AppBro you agree to these terms.

1. What AppBro does

AppBro hosts a website for your app (home, privacy policy, terms, support and delete-account pages) on an address we give you or on your own domain, forwards support and deletion requests to you, and on Pro offers sign-in for your app's users through osec.one, cloud data sync and a content API.

2. Your content and your policies

You are responsible for everything on your pages, including the privacy policy and terms we draft for you. The drafts are a starting point, not legal advice: check that they match what your app does. Don't publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that imitates another company, and don't use AppBro to collect passwords or payment details. We may unpublish pages that break these rules.

3. Your users' data

For data your app's users send through AppBro (support messages, deletion requests, synced data), you are the controller and we process it for you, only to run the service. We don't sell it or use it for anything else. You can export or delete it at any time; deleting your account deletes it.

4. Plans and payment

5. Fair use

Each plan has limits (apps, pages, storage, requests). Don't try to get around them or overload the service.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep AppBro running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the console. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email first. Questions: harish@biz59.net. See also the AppBro privacy notice.
