DBSync terms

Effective October 8, 2026 · version 2026-10-08

DBSync is run by Biz59 LLC, New York, USA ("we"). By creating a project in DBSync you agree to these terms.

1. What DBSync does

DBSync stores and syncs your app's data for your users over an API, signs your users in by email code if you choose, and gives you a console to see and manage that data.

2. Your app and your users' data

For data your app's users send through DBSync, you are the controller and we process it for you, only to run the service. We don't sell it or use it for anything else. Your app needs its own privacy policy that says you use DBSync to store data. You can export or delete the data at any time; deleting your account deletes it.

Don't store anything unlawful, payment card numbers or passwords, and don't use the sign-in emails to send anything other than sign-in codes to your own app's users.

3. Keys

Keep your secret key on your servers. Anyone with it can read and change your project's data. Rotate it in the console if it leaks.

4. Plans and payment

5. Fair use

Each plan has limits (projects, collections, storage, users, sign-in emails, requests). Don't try to get around them or overload the service.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep DBSync running and your data safe, and we back up the database, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose (the console exports everything as JSON). As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Ending

You can delete a project or your whole account at any time in the console. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email first. Questions: harish@biz59.net. See also the DBSync privacy notice.
