One month under seat, action and result pricing
Three vendors quote you for an AI support agent. One counts people, one counts actions, one counts resolutions, and the quotes can't be lined up as they stand. Put in your own month and each vendor's unit price, and see the bill under each unit, how each one moves when the bot gets better, and what to ask about the definition.
Nothing you type leaves this page.
Your month
Each vendor's unit price
Leave a price empty or at 0 to drop that unit. The figures filled in are public list prices from 2025 and 2026, there to show the shape: replace them with the numbers in your quotes.
Why the unit matters more than the price
A resolution at one vendor can be a customer who read the answer and closed the window. At another, the same customer is free unless a second model agrees the question was answered. An action is charged whether or not it helped. A seat is charged whether or not anyone logs in. The price printed beside each of those words tells you little until you know which one you are buying, and the vendors' own help pages say so in their definitions. We read them in per seat, per use or per result, where the starting figures on this page come from.
The bill is half the sum. The other half is what a settled conversation costs you today with people, counting the ones that come back: that is the support bot cost calculator.
A model, not a quote: it compares units on your volumes and nothing else. More free tools: biz59.net/tools.
