Software spend check
List every subscription the business pays for, from the card and bank statements, with the seats you pay for and the people who actually use them. See the yearly total, the money going on empty seats and on tools that do the same job, the ones nobody owns, and a renewal calendar with the last day to cancel each one.
Nothing you type leaves this page. Your list is kept in this browser until you clear it.
Your subscriptions
Price is the whole bill for one billing period, all seats. Used = people who logged in during the last 30 days (the admin page of most tools shows it). Leave seats empty for tools not billed per person. Same category = possible duplicates.
| Tool | Category | Price ($) | Billed | Seats | Used | Owner | Renews | Notice (days) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Paste rows from a spreadsheet
One subscription per line, columns in this order: tool, category, price, monthly or yearly, seats, used, owner, renewal date (YYYY-MM-DD), notice days. Tabs or commas; a header row is skipped.
Where to find the list
Export the last 12 months from every business card and bank account, search for the usual billing names (GOOGLE, MSFT, ADOBE, PAYPAL, APPLE.COM/BILL, anything with "subscription" or a .com in it), and add the yearly charges you only see once. Then check each tool's admin page for seats and last sign-in. The whole method, with what AI add-ons did to prices in 2025 and 2026, is in our article Forty subscriptions and nobody owns them: a software spend check for a small business.
The example rows are made up to show how the check works. More free tools: biz59.net/tools.
